OK Venus, are you telepathic, or what? When I meditate, and really get into it, I imagine the water ebbing towards me when I breathe in, and flowing away from me when I breathe out.

I think we are related to water at very subconscious level. water is what we come from, water in the womb. I have recently started to swim, and believe me and i feel I belong there.
I also love this picture, though there is nothing more than a boy and water :)

You can also call your picture "big upside down nose."
For years, my sister and I would take turns lying on the sofa, our heads pointed to the floor, and talking. It makes your chin look like a giant nose, while your upside down mouth takes on a shark-like yet humorous quality.
It was not that meditative, but it was all right.

You reminded me of silly things we used to do :) .I remember once we were trying to jump sideways from sofa with two toy machine-guns in hand something like they show in movie stunts. and that hit hard on my butts! but that was still fun. I really miss such silly, humorous things with my sis and brother.
